SWA Group promotes research and innovation within their firm by awarding Patrick Curran Fellowships on an annual basis.

The SWA Patrick Curran Fellowship Program is a paid employee program for research and innovation, awarded annually to outstanding employees to fund research and development.

The honor of the fellowship includes paid time off to pursue their project in addition to up to $10,000 in expenses. While the number of fellows announced each year varies, depending on the quality of proposals submitted, the prize is always the same. In 2012, 10 proposals were accepted totaling well over $100,000 in expenses and paid time-off for their employees.

When is the last time your firm motivated the staff to pursue research beyond their project work?
