Rural and Proud: The Epicenter Serves their Community through Design

The Epicenter was founded in 2009 by Auburn University Architecture Graduates, Jack Forinash, Maria Sykes, and Rand Pinson. They serve as a community resource organization that supports the community of Green River, Utah.

“We are committed to creating positive change locally by providing resources to homeowners, renters, and small businesses through active involvement in our community.” Their services include Housing Resources, Community Engagement, Design Services, and Business Consultation.

The Epicenter is located in Green River, Utah, and we are “Rural and Proud.” To accentuate Green River’s rural pride and pioneering spirit, the Epicenter provides housing and business resources and promotes the arts. A passionate multidisciplinary team of young professionals, we engage, collaborate with, and learn from our community.

The Epicenter is an epic result of three architecture students. What have you done for your community lately? Interested in being a part of Epicenter? They currently have a short-term internship position available within their A Brush With Kindness home repair program – a link to the internship can be found HERE.
